I love this set of daily affirmation tokens that each come with a glass jar with ‘Daily Affirmations’ engraved on the top. Each set includes 21 heart shaped tokens and has room in the jar to add your own items like small pieces of paper, small gems or charms.

These are great for choosing at the start or end of every day, to focus on during an anxiety/panic attack or using as a conversation starter.

I highly recommend electing priority mail for this because of the glass, but I didn’t require it. Should you decided to choose USPS first class mail to save money, please know that The Cracked Pig is not responsible for any damage during transit. Priority mail includes up to $50 in shipping insurance, which would cover the item and reimburse the full cost of shipping should there be any issues during delivery.
