I saw a similar board trending, but it wasn’t food safe (you shouldn’t put food on any type of plywood — there are LOTS of chemicals and glues in wood like that) so I set out to make my own!
The wooden “placement chart” frame isn’t attached so you can setup a beautiful charcuterie board and either leave it (for those who don’t like when their food “touches” or having soggy crackers) or remove it! It is hand-painted black. The frame can be gently toweled clean, but should not be submerged in water.
This 12×9″ board has a handle. It is anti-microbial and can be hand washed, great for all your charcuterie needs!
