Once an order is placed, The Cracked Pig will contact you within 48 hours with any further questions. If any additional work is needed beyond the quoted website price, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided and must be paid prior to work starting on your order. Invoices and price quotes are only valid for 30 days.
The Cracked Pig offers mock up services to allow potential customers to see what their final product will look like, before placing an order. Mock ups are digital representatives of physical products. Due to their digital nature, colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly. Mock up services cost a small nominal fee of $5 for time and will be invoiced prior to placing a full order. Once paid, the mock up will be created and provided to the customer within 48 for review. One set of modification is included in the mock up pricing. The mock up fee WILL be applied to the customer’s final invoice if an order is placed. If an order is not placed, the mock up fee is non-refundable.

SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY
Claims on damaged or missing orders will not be honored without having selected shipping insurance during checkout. You must check the box as shown in this image.
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed and before work begins on your order. Once payment is received I will begin work on your order! This shop accepts payment via PayPal and debit/credit cards through our payment portal. If you wish alternate payment arrangements to be made, email email@example.com BEFORE ordering from the website
ORDER TIMEFRAME / RUSH ORDER POLICY
Brianna strives to complete all orders within 5 business days once payment is made in full. I take pride and time in completing custom orders exactly how you want it – so please understand that custom and bulk orders may require a slightly longer turn around time. Any order requested to be complete and delivered in less than five business days is considered a rush order. A 10% rush order fee, based on the purchase price, will be added to all rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well.
BULK DISCOUNT POLICY
Bulk orders may be eligible for a discounted rate. An order of 15 or more is considered bulk. In order to be eligible for a 10% bulk order discount, all items in the order must placed at the same time and must be exactly the same in design, color, and size (varying shirt sizes being an exception to this). RETURN / REFUND POLICY
No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders. No exceptions. A very limited selection of in stock items (non-custom orders) can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer.
Any item damaged in transit will need a USPS shipping claim submitted and unless otherwise directed by The Cracked Pig, the damaged item will need shipped back to The Cracked Pig.

PLEASE NOTE!!! Wood is full of character and no two pieces will look identical. All items are made to order and the distressing and finish may be slightly different than what’s pictured. The Cracked Pig’s items are meant to look rustic and each item is handmade with care. We take pride in each and every piece that is created and can assure you the best quality for your purchase.
Paint colors and stain are represented as accurately as possible. Due to variation between every monitor, smartphone and tablet display, The Cracked Pig is not responsible if the colors show differently in person.
